I wrote on this topic from my POV as a man last year - I think the title was the secret lives of men or something like that. I was trying to understand the incel phenomenon and I assumed that they were on a spectrum with me. I looked at my own secret life.

Things are messed up for men and boys. Has it always been this messed up? Or is there something about this time and place? Is it getting worse?

I will keep reading and writing on the topic.
