I remember being a young teen and longing for sex. I did not have adult women throwing themselves at me but I saw that in movies. There was a glorification of sex and it was a thing we all wanted. I’m glad no one preyed on me and used my desires. But you are 100% right that it is fucked up that 1) we teach boys to think they need to have sex and (2) adults somehow think they should facilitate it. What the hell? And if it is worse for Black boys that is double fucked up.
