The greenhouse is full

My iPhone cannot capture the Northern Lights very well, but here they are. All photos by the author

We got another chance to see amazing northern lights this week. This time there were students here on the farm and we woke them up to go outside in freezing temps to see the sky light up. For most of them, it was their first time seeing the aurora, and it was one of the best shows I have seen.

We have been busy in the greenhouse, planting and potting up in anticipation of our annual plant sale. The sheep were sheared this week, too. And our students have been busy creating products to sell in their online store. So much going on!

Happy peppers!
Bright Lights Swiss Chard
Sunflowers!

I made a batch of candy to donate to a Water Protector fundraiser.

To live in a world of peace and justice we must imagine it first. For this, we need artists and writers. I write to reach for the edges of what is possible.
